Each Chakra is located at a certain point of our etheric bodies, the seven well known are situated from the base of the spine to the crown. Those located at the lower part of our body govern the instinctual side & those which are our higher chakras govern our mental aspects.For optimum health psycologically & physically it is said that they need to be "open" & fully working in harmony. Sometimes out of balance Chakras can either be blocked, over active or under active ~ Chakra healing is a beneficial way to bring harmony & enhance well-being.There are many different techniques to do so & most work well either distantly or person to person.
